At CRBN Pickleball, we stand behind our high-performance gear and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your paddle doesn't elevate your game, we'll make it right through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective covers and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
